Our staff utilizes evidenced based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. We invite each client to be active in their treatment, and to collaborate with their therapist, as they work on their treatment goals. We will support you as you take steps toward healing and recovery.
Individual Sessions are weekly, 60-minute sessions, on a one to one basis. We request a 24-hour notice of cancellations for all appointments.
Sessions most often focus on a specific conflict affecting the couple’s relationship.
Sessions are held with one or more members of a family to work on addressing concerns often related to a loved one.
Group Counseling & Workshops
Group sessions are typically smaller groups, ranging from 4 to 5 participants, and facilitated by a licensed therapist. Group sessions are designed to help individuals acquire skills, work through struggles, and gain education and awareness on a common concern or life challenge.
